ThirdPath has been helping men and women share caregiving at home, and leaders support an integrated approach for their teams and organizations. We wanted to check in with Jessica on the realities of the changing workscape as a result of COVID-19. Work-life practitioners are in general agreement that work will indeed look very different coming out of COVID as it did going in, and I wanted to explore these changes.
