The Workplace for the Next Generation

ThirdPath's virtual Pioneering Leaders Summits are one of our signature events, where attendees explore the role they have played, and can continue to play, in crafting The Workplace for the Next Generation.

At each of our virtual events we build on every attendee’s experience with remote and flexible work. Together we are reimagining and redefining organizational systems that support healthier work environments, fulfilled employees, happier families and success at work.

It is ThirdPath’s unique community that makes this possible. The pioneering managers and leaders who attend our Summits have learned how their desire to integrate work and life requires a unique set of skills. Over the course of their careers, they continuously leveraged these skills to use time more intentionally, sometimes even taking calculated risks to find or redefine work environments that more effectively supported both their work and life goals.

The ThirdPath community is demonstrating how we can do work, family and leadership differently. We are also role modeling for the next generation and shaping the future workplace. Here's what we learned at our last Summit.
